[SACR Members] Advanced practice St Mary's, Edinburgh Friday 30th Nov 7 - 9pm

Please note that the next Advanced practice for this season will be at St
Mary's Edinburgh on Friday 30th November (St Andrew's day) from 19.00 to
21.00. Please could you inform any members in your towers who might be
interested to attend.

Our special method will be Rutland Surprise Royal.  We would hope to have a
band for Yorkshire, Cambridge and London Surprise Royal and the standard 8
surprise major as a matter of routine. 

Please note the following dates for advanced practices in 2008 for which the
venues will be announced later: Feb 29th(!), March 28th and April 25th.
There will be no practice on the last Friday in January due to the SACR
meeting to be held on Saturday 26th January in Aberdeen.

I have had a request that we hold a 12 bell practice on a Saturday in
Northern England. I'm proposing Saturday 31st May as a possible date. If
anyone is keen to attend such a practice, and willing to set aside that
date, please let me know. We will only arrange it if there is a realistic
chance of having sufficient support.
