The following message was sent out to tower correspondents last week. It refers to the meeting at Inverness and Nairn on 10th March. If you have seen it already please ignore this message. If not please think about whether you want to come and what part you might play in the traing element of the day (see attached documents)

To Tower Correspondents,

It has been decided that the forthcoming meeting on March 10th will include a training event. The ringers of Inverness and Nairn have kindly agreed that this can be done as part of the programme for that day.

The outline programme for the day is as follows:

10.30–11.00   Registration OBS
11.00–13.00   Training sessions IC, N
         Lunch break, committee meeting OBS
14.00–16.00   Training sessions IC, N
16.00–16.30   Service ringing IC
16.30–17.00   Service IC
17.00–18.00   Tea OBS
18.00–19.30   Open ringing IC
  OBS = Old Boys School (next to IC)
  IC = Inverness Cathedral         N = Nairn

Please could tower representatives note the following points:

1. Booking forms (or an e-mail with the equivalent information) for the training need to be returned to me by 26th February. Please ensure that members in your tower are informed of the event and encourage them to attend.
2. Names for lunch (soup and roll) and tea should be sent (as normal) to Cynthia Preece:  Inverness at sacr.org  01463 236916
3. Please find attached to this message a poster and booking form for the training.
